Location: The altitude of the course is 430 m above sea level, and it covers an area of about 100 ha. The difference between the highest and the lowest point of the course is 42 m.The environment provides for a long golf season.The 18-hole course with a par of 72 is over 6300 m long with white tees, and the area of the greens is from 500m to 640 square meters.The total area of the greens  and foregreens is 13 793 square meters.The golf course is part of  200 ha  sport recreation facility in the vicinity of the finished Michal water reservoir.The ZOO park and woodland are going to be built next to the golf course.The project documentation for the construction of the golf course  started in 2002, though the actual construction works started in autumn 2003.The „Golf Academy“ was opened in spring 2005, providing training tees with automatic ball-distributors, training putting greens,chipping greens and the rental service of golf equipment.

The newly-built course is located in the vicinity of Sokolov, Dolní Rychnov and Březová near Sokolov.Nearby the E6 speedway which connects Cheb and Karlovy Vary are approaches for three German border crossings from the west and for Prague from the east.
